JUDr. Martin Buzinger, PhD.
Specializes primarily in constitutional law, including constitutional law of European Union, and he focuses especially on the area of fundamental constitutional principles and protection of human rights and freedoms. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, where he was acting as lecturer at Constitutional Law Department from 1996 until 2007. He took part in several study stays in abroad, e.g. at Ruskin College (Oxford, UK), Columbia Law School (New York, U.S.A.), University of London and College of Law of England and Wales (London, UK), where he was awarded a diploma in English commercial law. Since 2000 he has been acting as attorney, he is a member of the Slovak Bar Association and the European Lawyers Association. He worked in several domestic as well as international law firms, e.g. Wilde Sapte (London, UK) or Linklaters (Bratislava, Slovakia). During his legal practice he gained experience with various areas of law, especially constitutional law, commercial law, civil law and intellectual property law. He has represented clients before courts of all instances, the Constitutional Court of Slovak Republic as well as the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. In September 2003, the European Commission had appointed him as a member of the EU Network of Independent Experts on Fundamental Rights, he acted within this network until it finished its operation in September 2006. He is the author or co-author of tenths of articles and studies published in domestic as well as foreign journals. He speaks English, Russian and French languages.

Mgr. Margaréta Lukačovičová
After graduation at Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava she acted at the Office of Legislation and Approximation of Law of the Chancellery of the National Council of Slovak Republic. Later she worked as assistant to the parliament member doc. JUDr. Peter Kresák, CSc. She got through several special seminars, took part in conferences and stays organized by different institutions of European Union and by parliaments of EU member states. From December 2001 to June 2003 she acted as trainee for JUDr. Martin Buzinger. During the years 2003-2006 she was a member of Legislative Council of the Government of Slovak Republic. Within BUZINGER & PARTNERS law firm she has been acting as attorney from July 2003. She is the author or co-author of several articles and studies, especially from the area of constitutional law and the law of European Union. She speaks English, German and Latin languages.
